I have created databases in phpmyadmin with mysql and want to upload to my server but don't know where the SQL file is in wamp. please help. running vista. thanks

I would suggest to export the database using phpmyadmin

so open phpmyadmin
and select your database out of the dropdown box
after that click export
set your options to what you want
-tables
-create table
-add drop table
-data
-complete insert
-insert type
and then check the box
save as
after that you will be able to save it to any place on your pc
