2 nasty problems

Hi guyz, I've just installed wamp on winXP sp2 and I have 2 problems that I can't figure out. When I open phpmyadmin, it saiz only "Error" I think mySQL isn't working well... and the second problem is that I can see the content of www/ only from [localhost], when I access the server from the domain that is parked to my IP, I get 403 Forbidden error... the domain is well set, I had apache 2.2.3 few hours and it worked perfectly...

One of the problems is solved! phpmyadmin works well now... but my domain is still in outer space...
