Windows 2000 server help

I just installed WAMP 1.7.2 using all the defaults. I have MySQL and Apache running online and can view the localhost page. I cannot get the phpmyadmin or SQLitemanager to work.I keep getting the message:
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.

Any help is Appreciated.

never mind. It was that I needed to add this line: Win32DisableAcceptEx.
