So...I made a change to my httpd.conf file today to change some permissions on what can or cannot access my server (i wanted to allow another computer on the network so i could test) and went to restart the apache service. nothing. it shutdown a-ok but refuses to even start again. the apache log shows absolutely no errors in this process. i am left baffled and am seeking help from you guys. lemme know if you have any clue as to why this is happening. I am using wampserver WAMP5 Version 1.7.1. Thanks guys.

I think what i didn't note was that i reset all the changes i made to the httpd.conf file back to their originals. still does not work. I've tried stopping all services and starting, no luck. Only MySQL will start up. Port 80 is open and clear, my firewall has 80 open for both incoming and outgoing traffic, and I have no other servers running on the system. The log has no errors in it that would cause it not to start. The last messages are it saying that it shut down ok.
