Apache Won't Start

Omg... Can someone please help quick Lol...
My Apache will not start back up.
I noticed it wasn't responding , it was going REALLY slow , so i looked on sygate and notice there was hung connections from my IP to the server, so i right clicked and selected terminate, Then i relized "no that will kill the whole apache itself" so i clicked cancell before it did it. Then the apache would not respond to any URL.
So , i tryed unistalling services, then installing services auto, only the SQL Starts up, but the apache won't. help?
Helpful Hints; i don't use the Wamp Server that sits in the systray, i find it annoying, but anything you guys give me help on i'll try
