Can't the phpmyadmin include function for trigger and stored procedure?

Very old MySQL versions didn't support triggers and stored procedures. Now, since versions 5.0.1 (for stored procedures) and 5.0.2a they do it since long.

They also support the famous DELETE CASCADE.
