Trouble with WAMP

I have had WAMP installed for a good 6 months and have not had any problems, but now I cannot access localhost/, phpmyadmin or any other sites. They just do not load. This is my most confusing problem, I was able to access them just last week, now nothing.
As well now it says that 1 of 2 services are running(Apache is running, MySQL is not). I read about skype being a problem, but I do not use skype. Not sure what the problem is, any ideas or suggestions? Thank you.
