WampServer

I have a problem, my friend install WAMP in his computer and put a website in the www folder. But I cannot access it, the browser keep showing "Forbiden Error".

Anybody can help me?

1.) tell him to read my wamp manual, a must read for all newbies.
2.) tell him to put wamp in online mode.
3.) access his computer using his IP address:
[his.ip.address.here]

I already did what the manual say, that the server have to allow my IP in the conf file, but still no good. I still cannot access the web. Is there something that I miss??

you dont have to edit any config files to use your ip address. if you did edit any files, undo any changes you made
