OK, I am at my wits end here!!! I have uninstalled WAMP, nuked the WAMP Folder, checked for any other PHP installed files that were not deleted (there were none). I re installed WAMP using the wizard. The wizard installs Apache and mySQL fine and they both get up and running. The PHP works as I have tested it with simple code. When I attempt to go to [localhost] I still get the 403 - forbidden error!!!!!!!

Whats worse, is that I can go on the command line for mySQL and CREATE a database. I verified the DB was created but I CANNOT create a table in that DB either through PHP code or doing it on the command line.

I have WAMP installed on my home PC. I can get to the phpmyadmin page at home. However I cannot create a table in any DB there either. AAARRRGGGGG. This is so freaking frustrating.

Anyone have a solution? I'm desperate.
