Accesing the server over the internet

I just can't get the server to work over the internet. I read the manual but it doesn't seem to tell you how to do this, just how to access the server over the local network, which I managed to do. I put my LAN IP into the browser and it works.

I'm on a router, opened the port 80 (tested with wamp, it says used by apache). I start the apache service and click on "put online". The way I understand it, now I just have to put my internet IP (which is static) in the browser and it should work?
