he people!
if you get this error: winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed
then change in the file: httpd.conf
(change ThreadsPerChild 250 to 400)
ThreadsPerChild 400
MaxRequestsPerChild 0
</IfModule>
(enable dous 2 functions on)
EnableMMAP off
EnableSendfile off

the httpd.conf file is located in c:\wamp\apache2\conf\httpd.conf
remember after you make any changes to your httpd.conf file you need to restart apache for the new setting to take effect.

just warning anyone else who trys this who most likely do not know that they have to restart apache.
