why don´t work include

It is urgent I was using the version 1.4 and quite excellently ... do I have just installed the last version and the command include in php does not realize it, that I must do?

please post your code here then i will understand or there could be problem in some where else..
uninstall wamp and intall again but after uninstall delete the wamp folder
