Every seems to be running okay. However it wont accept connections on port 80.
Running WinXP
Zend addon installed
Php4 || 5 addon installed
Error in apache_error.log
[Thu May 24 10:46:25 2007] [notice] Parent: Created child process 2384
[Thu May 24 10:46:25 2007] [notice] Child 2384: Child process is running
[Thu May 24 10:46:25 2007] [notice] Child 2384: Acquired the start mutex.
[Thu May 24 10:46:25 2007] [notice] Child 2384: Starting 250 worker threads.
[Thu May 24 10:46:25 2007] [notice] Child 2384: Starting thread to listen on port 80.
[Thu May 24 10:46:29 2007] [warn] (OS 10038)An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. : setsockopt(SO_UPDATE_ACCEPT_CONTEXT) failed.
In a browser it acts like it doesn't exist (seeing this above)

check port 80 and make sure another program is not using that port
