server Offline

Wamp server used to work fine on my Windows 2003, but after installing SP2, it doesn't work anymore. It's pretty hard to describe the problem, but for example localhost and phpMyAdmin displays now just empty pages. Hovering cursor above Wamp server logo in Windows next to clock says 1 of 2 services running - server Offline. Apache is not on, but clicking Start/Resume service does nothing.

I have version 1.7.1 of Wamp server.
