PHP.INI configuration in WAMP

Newbie to WAMP so sorry if this question is basic.
Trying to set this always_populate_raw_post_data = On in the PHP.INI file, but it still says it off even though I have restarted apache.
Is there a way through the WAMP menu that I can set this on.
If not any ideas?

make sure you edit the correct file
c:L\wamp\apache2\bin\php.ini
