Could not execute menu item (internal error)

I've noticed the following problem using WAMP Server.
When I tried to install it to d:\wamp, none of menu items worked (it was "Could not execute menu item (internal error) Could not execute run action ..." error).
But when I installed to default path (c:\wamp), it worked well.
Perhaps something is wrong with my system, but I found out that it's not only me who has this kind of problem, so I decided to post it here, hoping this message will be of service.
