hi,

i have changed the password accordingly in the config.inc.php file
and i have the following problem.

Error
MySQL said:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Please help me solve this problem.

you can not just add a password to phpmyadmin's config file and expect it to work. you need to first chance/add a password for that users mysql privleges. then you can edit the phpmyadmin config file and add that new password so it can access mysql.

see the phpmyadmin section of my manual and it will explain in detail everything you need to do.
