i got all services running and service is online, but i cant get to PHPMYADMIN LOCALHOST, or SQLmanager homepages. can anyone tell me why please?

your server is in online mode. to change to offline mode:

left click on the wamp tray icon menu -> put offline

By default, PHPMYADMIN and SQLmanager can NOT get access by outsiders but localhost and you'd better keep them that way for your own protection
