WAMP setup: PHP Mail Parameters SMTP Server

Hi,
I was hoping for a bit of help.
Ive just purchased a domain name and am setting up WAMP. The domain includes email and web forwarding.
I am going to host my website on my home pc
What does this mean for WAMP setup: "php mail parameters" ??? It says usually you need to add isp. Before, before i purchase a domain name and used WAMP i simply left it as local host.
What should i use this time:
My domain name
ISP
Local host
Please help.....im itching to get started!!!

read my wamp manual before you decide to use wamp for a production server
