Hello, Im new to servers so please bare with me. Ok, I wanted to use wamp5 to test Zencart websites for myself before I put them on a server. I installed wamp5 and everything went smooth and after the install I started all services and put online then I set up a root password and changed the config.inc.php file pasword. Now at this point im lost? Zencart wants a Mysql database so how would I set that up?

Through phpmyadmin, create db account including db name, db username, db username's password, then input those info when installing zencart

read the phpmyadmin section of my wamp manual.

your question is not really a wamp issue, you should post this question in the support area for zencart.

on the main phpmyadmin page will be a "create new database" text field where you enter your new database name

Zencart will do it for you, so you only need to create db, then run zencart installation
