I've searched for a little while but haven't found yet
dose wamp have a plug in or add on
secured socket layer
aka https or dose it suport it

i know of some https tunnels but i couldn't get the source code up and running missing libraries..and what not
any advice i would be glad to look into

to enable ssl you will have to install it and enable it and setup certificates yourself.
