WampServer

I am new at using PHP on a local machine. Please help.. Once I put the server in "On Line" mode, my understanding is that I can allow someone from outside to access the web site in www directory. What URL needs to be given for someone to access my site? Locally, I need to use c:.... and a whole www path but I am not sure how outsider can connect to my machine?? Hope this is not too confusing!!

Assume you've already had index file in your_project folder stored in c:\wamp\www.

For local access:

[localhost]

For global access:

[your_web_ip]

And if you don't have index file.

For local access:

[localhost]

For global access:

[your_web_ip]
