Joomla&Wamp 1.7.0: Could not connect to the database server

Hi,

I was using Joomla! and WampServer 1.6.5...

Worked fine...

But...

I upgraded WampServer to version 1.7.0...

Now I get this message:
> This site is temporarily unavailable.
> Please notify the System Administrator
> Could not connect to the database server

But installation was perfect and all services (Apache, MySQL...) are running...

Anyone?

this is not a wamp issue.
