Installing WAMPSERVER on a server

I'm am going to install WAMPSERVER on a godaddy server. This server uses mssql, IIS and I think a few other applications. In order to do this I need to change Apache's port and is there any other thing that I need to do? I want to make sure I don't mess up anything else as it is a private company server and if I screw some stuff up it'll be a hassle.

I greatly appreciate any help! Thanks for taking your time!

do not install wamp for any type of prodction server. it is designed for local testing and development only. it is very insecure. you godaddy server already has iis and php installed, so there is no reason to install wamp.
