My Sql not starting

I installed Wamp 1.7.0 on windows XP machine, which was successful. When i start WAMp it does not start all services and says 1 of 2 services running. It is not starting the mysql service. What should i do?

hi i have this same problem... i included winmysql or mysqladmin in the firewall settings and now every thing is working...
1. Go to firewalls
2. set the exceptions...allowed
3. in exceptions tab include by adding the given list
4. every thing will work....

Hmmm, I've got this problem too, and what moeen said didn't work.

Is there anything else I can do?
