Anybody has tried installing Ikonboard on their WAMP?

when I run the Perl Test tool which come with Ikonboard I get the following

Has DB_File Perl module installed? No
Has CGI Perl module installed? Yes
Has DBI Perl module installed? No
Has DBD-Mysql Perl module installed? No
Has Image Magick Perl module installed? No

Results:

You do not have the db_file perl module installed on this server. You will not be able to run Ikonboard.
You cannot use the HRI Registration Secure key as the required ImageMagick module is not installed.

Does anyone know can I install the missing modules which are required for Ikonboard install
