how to enable mod rewrite in wamp

hi:
I uncommented this line
LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so. Apache can't restart.
I changed all 'AllowOverride none' to 'AllowOverride all', still the same.
Any hint? I read previous posts, & they just uncomment the 'rewite_module'. (Using latest wamp)
