Ok, I feel real silly now, and I am fairly certain that I am doing something silly as well. My server is installed all seems to be up and running. All I say? Well that is an overstatement, but I am getting there surely, First and foremost I must have done something wrong, because when I try to access a PHP file on my server via my browser, the browser wants to download it, rather then let the server parse and display the PHP...when accessing the PHP Info page on the other hand, it shows up. So I figure that PHP must be installed and running right? MySQL works like a charm. And now a little other hickup, that I needs fixing. I am trying to install Cold Fusion on the same box. I had no problems with that before but now the bugger does not want to start, when I leave the code that the Apache_connector.bat created in, my HTTPD.conf file, Apache refuses to start. So if anyone has any experience with that one, I would really appreciate any pointers.

But really, the PHP issue is what needs fixing most urgently...

please disregard the part of PHP not parsing. that is working fine now. Still if anyone can tell me about experiences installing CFMX7, that would Really help me out...thanks

you cannot install coldfusion for wamp. it does not support apache, only iis.
