WampServer

I am currently using WAMP5 1.6.6 and I have a problem. When I open up WampServer, when I click on Localhost, phpMyAdmin, or SQLiteManager, my web browser pops up and starts loading. When it is done loading, I get an error that says either my internet is not connected or the web address is wrong. My internet IS connected, and seeing as how I didn't maually type the address in, I do not see how it could be messing up. Please help me out with what is wrong, or what I am doing wrong.

make sure you have started apache and mysql before you can access phpmyadmin.
