creates rows-doesnt input

hi all

im new to wamp so u might av to bear with sum noobishness that comes from me.

my prob is simple:

my code creates new lines in the database-BUT it does not write any information to it.

i have asked my college lectureres about this but they dont av a clue. hehehe

ne ideas?
