Wamp5 4.4.4 PHP add-on mysql_connect()

Hi all,

Love the WAMP!

I installed the 4.4.4 add-on yesterday and have been scouring the internet for a reason as to why I get this error:

Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

It happens when I switch to PHP4 and try to use phpMyAdmin or access the database from my server. Anyone got any clues or places i can go to look?

Use OLD_PASSWORD, and set for all mysql accounts before switching to php4
