Could no execute menu item(internal error)
[Exception] Could not execute run action:
An internal service is already running.


problem is the above message. when i start machine i see the wampserver disable. after clicking the 'start all services' the above message appears. sometimes tray icon shows that "one of the two services is running", then i click "start apache service", the above message appears. plz help me to solve the problem. i will be very greatful if someone mail with the solution of that problem. i am very unhappy with the problem.

If you guys ever had any other wamp package (individual or full), after uninstall it, still need to find and delete all related ini files in windows as well as in registry before installing this wampserver. Also, has to enable port 80 in all firewalls (windows and Norton, ZoneAlarm, so on) and shut down all apps that use port 80 such as iis, skypes, internet optimizer, so on.
