Apache on port 80 AGAIN!!

HI,

I tryed to install the apache module on port 81 by changing the Listen directive in the apache conf file, restarted wampserver, but IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. The apache server can't be run.

Any idea?

(Do I have to stop and restart also the IIS?)

do you have open the 81poort by you router, firewall?

what is a IIS?
