How change port apache php

dear sir,

i have some problem is in my pc i have tow database :-
oracle 9i+ mysql 5 and the apache jdeveloper take port 80, i need to run apache php but i cant, how i can change port apache php to 8080.

Open httpd.conf in wamp/apache2/conf and change "listen 80" to 81 or 8080; then, restart wampserver
