ok how do i make png-24 files show up? and where do i find the place to make the php short format to work i know it's in php.ini but i can't find it. and i also need to know if wamp5 supports crontab and mime types and Cpanel 10.x and WHM

You should use full tag so your codes can be compatible w/ any server, but if you really wish to make a change, switch short_open_tag to ON in php.ini
