Hi,

i have installed Wamp5 1.6.6 by Administrator Account in Windows XP.
I can use all the features of Wamp5 1.6.6 in Administrator Account.
I can start and stop or restart the services of Wamp through the Administrator Account.
Actually it is fully working in Administrator Account.
but
When i login as a 'USER', I cant Start/stop/restart any of the services(Apache,MySQL).
How can i give permission for the USER so that (s)He can manage services.
I dont want to give the User "Administrator's or Power User's Privilliage".
