APACHE crashing

Is anyone else experiencing this when opening a webpage with a form that was made in DreamWeaver 8 or is it just me? 
I open a webpage containing a form and APACHE crashes instantly...
I expect Dreamweaver not to contain any flaws, since it was so expensive :p so the problem must lie with WAMPServer (or PHP5 and MySQL5)...
