WampServer

I have installed WAMP5166 and i try to send mail with SwiftMailer which gives me this error:
Connection to the given MTA failed. The Connection Interface said: Unable to find the socket transport "tls" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP?

What this error actually means, what is "tls" and in which config file i have to enable it?
I am very new in PHP and MySQL.

Just to add: i tried to send mail via gmail.Still nobody??

wampserver doesn't come w/ mail server

Yfastud, i know that, i tried to send mail with Swift Mailer via Gmail and i got error report from my fitst post.

I don't use either phpmailer or Swift Mailer, but here is what I see and hope I'm not wrong.

PHPmailer uses mail() function of PHP while Swift Mailer uses SMTP, which is the mail server, but the good thing that you can use mail server from gmail instead of your own; however, if you don't implement your code right, you won't take advantage of google's mail server.
