WampServer

This should be easy...
WAMP on Windows 2000...

On the server I can access by
[localhost] AND [127.0.0.1]

However, If I use the IP address I get

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) PHP/5.2.0 Server at 65.27.13.42 Port 80

This is on the web server itself.. I get the same error if I try accessing via another machine also..

I tried changing Listen 80 to Listen (my IP):80 in the conf file but that didnt help.

Hi Diex, just curious, did you click "Put Online" in the WAMP5 menu? If the last item says "Put Online" then the server is not available to anyone but 127.0.0.1.

That was it.... Im convinced now that I am not a technical genius.

I am not going to tell you how long I looked for this info, I'd rather join diex in saying that I am not a technical genius too!
