When i my server put online (with my ip adress) i get an error: forbidden....
when i uncomment these lines in http config, my webroot is accessible.

Order Deny,Allow
Deny from all
Allow from 127.0.0.1
Do i have to change here something to make it possible to put my server on or offline.

not sure why you get that problem since it should be uncommented by default
