"8. Set IP/address reserve for wampserver to 192.168.2.2
Note: Make sure your wampserver unit has this ip by using command promt ipconfig/all, if not, manually set static ip to it, restart computer, then reset to auto config then restart computer again."

No idea how to manually set static ip to it and reset to auto config

Did you check it first? if it's already 192.168.2.2, you don't need to set it static. If not, follow this

Start - Control Panel - Network and Internet Connections - Network Connections - Right click Local Area Connection and select Properties - in General, select and highlight Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), then select Properties - in General, select Use The Following IP Address:

IP Address: 192.168.2.2
Subnet Mask: 250.250.250.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1

select Use The Following DNS Server Address:

Prefered DNS Server: 192.168.2.1
Alternate DNS Server: (leave blank)

After restart, just reset by select Obtain Automatically for both

Did you see anything when you type that ip in your browser? And what version of wampserver are you running?

if disable all firewalls, what do you see when type in your web ip? If still can't see anything, enable firewall and connect your computer directly to internet, I mean not through router and try it again. Let me know the result.

I found the problem and I'm incredibly stupid.

I was using the IP from [hereismyip.com] .. but this was the wrong IP.. LOL

Thanks for the help, yfastud.

No it's not wrong at all. Since most people will get dynamic ip, even me; therefore, every time you turn off/restart your router, the ip will change. Better have some free dynamic ip updater to help you w/ that.

I personallly still using 1.6.5 and seeing that more people report problem w/ 1.6.6 than w/ 1.6.5, so it's your choice
