Server Brocken possible php related

Apache is running so no issue there, however when I access localhost on my machine (127.0.0.1) it prompts me to download, to check what it is I went ahead and it is 2lg73pzl no idea what that is. Do you guys have any idea what this could relate to?

Update:
when I access via 127.0.0.1/index.php it works. Any ideas what is wrong here?
