problem loading pages

I have wamp installed and i have very strange problem. Most times i'm able to see pages but sometimes it happens that some images are not shown, sometimes the whole page won't show, sometimes i get dialog box for php files to download. Let's say on every fifth click average. All this is happening randomly. What could be wrong? I'm using TYPO3 with wamp, also when using phpmyadmin for example the same is happening. What could be wrong? Thanks for any answers.

SOLVED!!!
For any of u experiencing the same problem, my solution was:

add/uncomment those three lines:

EnableSendfile Off
EnableMMAP Off
Win32DisableAcceptEx
