Apache Problem (Cerberus)

Im trying to run Cerberus Helpdesk on a windows NT4 system and every time I creat a new ticket it get an Apache error: -

Apache.exe
Exception: access violation (0x0000005), Address: 0x00addca2

any one know what the problem might be

cant beucuase I dont have a login and cant sign up (cant find it) and wanted to make shore its not a wamp compatiblity problem with Windows NT4.
