I've recently reinstalled my WAMP5 server to my E:\ drive to save space on C:\ but since then PHPMyAdmin won't give me access. I get this in the WAMP homepage:

MySQL not launched or bad phpmyadmin config

when MySQL IS launched.
The in PHPMyAdmin, on top of some settings (server, font-size, theme) I get this:

Cookies must be enabled past this point.

Then after choosing localhost as the server:

MySQL said:
#2003 - The server is not responding

Anyone have any ideas?

so where is your e: drive? I hope it's not a network drive since you will absolutely get problem to run wampserver through network drive because, so far as I know, not all network drives they sell in the market are supported.
