Please, I need your help. I have in my computer wamp 1.4.4, and I need to know which user it uses to create new files, because I have to give him permission to create In an specifies folder. Thank you very much.

it's not about your english, but not sure what did you mean about create new files, is it web page in php, html, xml, css, js, or what?

windows does not support users, groups, and permissions. that is for linux OS. if you are trying to install a script and it is telling you you need to set permissions to some directory or files, ignore it since it is not relevant for windows based operating systems.
