WampServer

Following on from my previous thread about getting started, we've managed to spot what was going on locally with the permissions, and that's all sorted.

So just tried connecting Dreamweaver to mySQL, and got another error message :

1130 Host 'localhostName' is not allowed to connect to this mySQL server..

We thought all this side of things was working, as everything was appearing up and running - is there somehthing else we've missed somewhere that is needed to give the server rights to connect to the mySQK server?

D'oh! Just needed to put 'localhost' into DW, and not the server name, so all sorted at last!
