cannot read my homepage external

I can read my homepage at my I.E., and use No-ip to instead my IP address(hostname), need to change servername? How to do?

there is no reason you need to edit your apache servername setting.

my servername is localhost:80

I checked the port is 80, my homepage is [oceansy.no-ip.org].

I have not setup Mysql, is it related?

what is going wrong?
