wamp5 its not working help!

ok so i install wamp 5 and it says all services running online and stuff..
trying to test it. i use notepad for html and php.
the html page i test was a simple it was just like user name and password input then hit the submit button then my dreamweaver pops so then i change the properties on the php to use firefox then what pops up is asking to save it with php wtf. i put all my files in c/wamp/www im pretty sure the codeing is right any one help please!! its been 2 weeks an

search these forums, I have answered this same question many times. short answer: just [localhost] to access your websites.

yes i figured it out i didnt know you had to create anew folder in www. then put the html and php file into it and it work!!!

no you dont need to create a new folder, just save everything in c:\wamp\www and use [localhost] to access it.
