Since I've already have these:

Apache 2.0.59
MySQL 5.1.11B
SQLiteManager 1.2.0

So I should upgrade to these:

MySQL 5.1.12B
PHP 5.2.0
phpMyAdmin 2.9.0.3

Installation done in less than 1 minute.

- i got a nasty error about mysql.exe beeing in use. i killed it with task manager.
- nice action asking if the www-index page should be updated. i clicked yes, since i never altered it.

the servers are basically up and running - nothing special until now.

make sure you stop apache and mysql before upgrading
